Star Wars: Battlefront and Battlefield developer Dice will not develop a new Star Wars: Battlefront game, according to a report past GamesBeat. The report claimed that the studio would be primarily focused on the Battlefield franchise going frontwards following Battlefield 2042'due south tumultuous launch.

This news follows EA'southward proclamation made Tuesday morning that Respawn Entertainment would develop and produce 3 new Star Wars titles: A follow-up to Jedi: Fallen Social club, a new first-person shooter, and a strategy game headed by the newly-created studio Bit Reactor. The written report further claimed that Respawn is the only EA-endemic studio actively working on new Star Wars titles.
