If you factory reset it, its no longer in her name if yous set information technology upward with your Microsoft Account.
Since Windows Vista, the possessor information on the winver dialog has become kind of irrelevant. Yous can modify information technology if y'all desire using the post-obit steps:
Click Commencement, type: regedit
Right click regedit
Click Run equally administrator
In the left pane, aggrandize the tree view past double-clicking each of the following Registry keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
SOFTWARE
Microsoft
Windows NT
Click CurrentVersion.

The unit came with Windows 10 Preinstalled on it. There far, the unit of measurement is registered to a number on the motherboard. And Not to a specific person. So it doesn't matter which Account you install.

Neither of you own that Windows 10 licence . ..
That is a pre-installed licence and as such that licence is tied to the motherboard on that PC, and while the licence may appear on either of your Microsoft Accounts, that does not matter, because it is an OEM licence and can never be transferred to some other PC, it will always belong with that PC . ..
